Established Kawabe Decoration Co., Ltd. (currently Kawasaki Co., Ltd.) in Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture.
● October 1972
Trade name changed to Kawasaki Koseki Co., Ltd.
● March 1974
Osaka Sales Office (currently Osaka Branch) opened in Chuo-ku, Osaka City.
● October 1975
Changed company name to Kawasaki Co., Ltd.株式会社カワサキ
● January 1977
Started importing and selling chenille towels.

Launched the “Lake Alster” brand and started selling chenille towels with original patterns.レイクアルスター

Established a subsidiary, O&K Co., Ltd. (currently a consolidated subsidiary) in Tadaoka-cho, Senboku-gun, Osaka Prefecture.
● July 1994
Head office building and Niihama P.D Center opened in Tadaoka-cho, Senboku-gun, Osaka Prefecture.
● December 1996
Built a warehouse in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture and started warehousing business.
● September 1997
Opened Fukuoka Sales Office (currently Fukuoka Branch) in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City.

Merged with Tadaoka Warehouse Co., Ltd.
● March 2004
Lake Alster Boutique “Imperial Hotel Plaza Store” opens as the first store in the Kanto area
